Returns Policy

Livestock Merchant Return Policy

At Livestock Merchant, we want you to shop with confidence. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy in addition to our standard returns for damaged or defective items. Please read the conditions below carefully before initiating a return.


1. Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • No restocking fee.

  • You must not write on or attach labels directly to the product or its packaging. Postage labels must be placed only on the outer postage packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Certain types of products may not be returnable under this policy (for example, consumables, custom orders, or products specified by the supplier). Please contact our Customer Service team for clarification.

Return Procedure

  1. Email sales@livestockmerchant.com.au with your order/invoice number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Ship the item back in secure packaging. We recommend a trackable shipping service to confirm delivery.

  3. Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the requirements, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

  4. Refunds generally appear in your account within 5–7 business days after processing.

Important: If the above requirements are not satisfied, Livestock Merchant reserves the right to decline a refund for Change of Mind returns.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@livestockmerchant.com.au.

  • We may request photos or videos of the issue to help assess your claim.

  • Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or warranty claim in line with supplier/manufacturer policy.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following product types are generally not eligible for Change of Mind returns:

  • Perishable or consumable products (e.g., supplements, animal feed).

  • Customised or made-to-order items.

  • Digital or downloadable goods (e.g., software, e-books).
