The head bail on the Farmhand Plus is not an afterthought. The Farmhand Plus is available with the head bail positioned on either the right or left hand side, and which version you need depends on how your sheep or goat yards are set up. With the right hand version, animals enter from the left and exit to the right. The left hand version works in the opposite direction. Getting this right before you order means the handler fits naturally into your existing yard flow without requiring you to rework how animals move through the setup.
